Mrs. LE Mai Huong is partner of An Phat Pham Law Firm since 2014. Also since 1998 she has been a lecturer of Judicial Academy of Vietnam which is the national center for educating and training legal profession, including judges, procurators, lawyers, notaries and executors. Mrs. LE is in charge of majors of law advice and contracts under the Department of Lawyers Training. In addition, she usually participates in training judges and notaries at the Hochiminh city branch of the Judicial Academy of Vietnam.

Mrs. LE earned LLM (majored in Contract Law) in 2001 at University de Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Mrs. LE has in-depth experience in consulting investment related legal issues, namely procedures for real-estate projects and M&A projects, in drafting and reviewing legal aspects in commercial and civil contracts, including insurance transactions and agreements, in giving strategic advice relating to dispute resolution and litigation.

Mrs. LE has regularly involved commercial, civil, labor or marriage lawsuits at courts of all levels.
